   As a Florida State Licensed Building Contractor, BayTown Construction, Inc. is no stranger to hurricane damage and the needs of affected home & business owners to deal with their insurance companies and adjusters to process their claims. As a Panama City Florida Contractor since 2006, Hurricane Michael is not a distant memory for us.

   Proposals - Proposals should not be confused with Estimates which are someone's opinion as to how much a repair should cost. A proposal is an offer of goods and services at a given cost. Though a proposal may be negotiated, it marks the end of the mystery of how much does it cost for repairs as it pertains to BayTown Construction, Inc.

   We are a Florida State Licensed Contractor offering our goods and services. Many times we are asked to meet with the adjuster to explain our scope and/or pricing which we will do as a courtesy for our customers. It is important for a home or business owner to understand the role of all persons and companies involved in the repairs, advocacy and payments that will take place in the processes. While BayTown Construction and it's staff have decades of experience, we are not an advocate to your insurer and do not conduct the business of insurance on your behalf.
